I called my brother, Joe, the week before my fiancé and I were to set sail and get married on the schooner Grace Bailey . I needed him to put me in contact with Kim, from Bellman's Portsmouth, to get a wedding ring. I live in Florida, so visiting Kim's boutique was impossible given my time line. Kim called me to find out what I had in mind for a wedding ring, and, knowing Kim's great eye for all things beautiful, I asked her to "just pick something".Five days after I spoke with Kim the ring arrived....actually, the perfect ring arrived and it fit perfectly!Thank you, Kim, for your impeccable taste and your attention to detail (you remembered my ring size)! I first started to work with Bellman's back in August 2006
while we were living in New Hampshire. I was just looking for some knowledge and ideas, but I was not ready to purchase a ring yet. Based on how picky I am, I knew I should start early. So I spoke with their staff to great extent about all of the characteristics of diamonds and types of settings. I looked at dozens of settings and loose diamonds. Being a Mechanical Engineer, I wanted to know every detail. It was great, no pressure, just loads of information, I even took notes. We covered everything and more. I left without making a purchase, but with all the information I needed and a pretty good idea who I was going to make a purchase from. A few months later we moved to Charlotte North Carolina. I checked out all the local stores but no one had the selection, the price, and most importantly, as much knowledge about what they were selling and what I was looking for, as Bellman's did.
one of a kind jewelry with a price point you cannot beat. The 24 by 7 personal service is one of a kind. She will open the store, just for your own private shopping experience. I have not experienced jewelry shopping like this before.

Especially last Christmas when they produced earrings and cocktail ring that made my holiday. Every visit, even when I am not buying they are beyond helpful and fun to "pretend" shop with.
